Rates and Packages
We know that one size doesn't always fit all, so we offer custom packages for every client. You only pay for what you want and need, and we will always try to work with you to stay within your budget. Where applicable, services may be secured in the form of hourly, monthly, or retainer time increments. Retainer contracts have a yearly time frame and are paid monthly by the client.

Web Site Design
We offer both E-Commerce (online sales) and Brochure (Informational) site designs, both of which we have several years of experience in.
Web Site Design services are contracted on a project basis, and each site we create is a custom design for each client. Therefore, rates are dependent on what you want to do with your site, including functionality, interactivity, number of pages and/or products, custom designed graphics work, and so on. Without communication as to what your needs are, we cannot give you an accurate quote, so we encourage you to ask for a no-obligation quote specific to your needs.
During the design process, we work up one to two layouts with a look and feel to match your business. Then using your feedback we modify your chosen layout with your request for changes. Please also see the Site Add-ons section for other options, which can be added to a design quote, as a stand-alone or to an existing site. All designs include accessibility checks, code cleanup and validation, testing for user friendliness, and more. Web Site Redesign
Prices vary for redesigns. This service is much like an original design described above, except the client's goal may be for added functionality, updated content or a whole new look and may encompass upgrading the site with a client's choice of features to an existing site, such as online sales capabilities, forms, photo galleries, etc. All redesign packages are contracted on a project basis and include accessibility checks, code cleanup and validation, testing for user friendliness, and more. Web Site Maintenance
Web Site Maintenance rates are contracted at flat rates of $100.00 and up per month for e-commerce sites and $50.00 and up per month for brochure sites for retainer (yearly) contracts. You may also request a one-time site update quote for sites we've created or those others designed for you.
Within retainers, page or product additions or other major changes will incur an additional fee; however, no work will be performed beyond the flat rate without client approval first. One-time maintenance requests for product insertions into an existing e-commerce site are at a rate of $150.00 for 25 products with a maximum of two photos per product. Additional product photos are at a rate of $5.00 for each photo beyond the two photos specified per product. Other one-time maintenance requests are available upon request. Marketing
Marketing fees encompass a flat rate of $45.00 per hour; however, per project prices can be requested. Ad placement fees normally charged by the place of placement is a client responsibility, beyond the rates charged by JSDVS, and are payable to the place of placement.
SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
SEO services are contracted on a project basis only and requires an individual and customized quote through our contact page for each client. These services are packaged as follows:
- SEO Consultation/Resolution Listing in which the client accomplishes the suggested measures for increased page rank.
- SEO Project in which measures are set forth and accomplished (i.e. code validation, search friendly markup) along with a task list of measures to be undertaken by the client, where appropriate, and JSDVS, where appropriate, to help increase page rank.

Virtual Assistant Services
